On June 12, Shengchang organized a comprehensive fire safety emergency drill aimed at enhancing employees' fire safety awareness, emergency evacuation capabilities, and safe escape skills in the event of a fire. The exercise further strengthened the company's overall safety management system and commitment to safe production.

The drill simulated a realistic emergency scenario and covered multiple key procedures, including hazard response, communication coordination, emergency command, personnel evacuation, rescue operations, medical assistance, equipment repair, hazard inspection, and hands-on firefighting practice. The exercise effectively tested Shengchang’s practical capabilities in emergency fire management.

"Fire alarm" occurred suddenly, and the emergency response was immediately activated.

After the fire safety emergency drill begins, a simulated 'fire' breaks out in the workshop's maintenance area due to aging wiring, and an employee is found unconscious at the scene. The on-site personnel immediately notice the anomaly, quickly sound the alarm, and initiate the initial emergency response.

The communication team quickly entered action mode, completing internal notifications and external communication simulations while issuing emergency evacuation instructions.

At the same time, the emergency command system was activated. Various emergency response teams worked in close coordination across personnel evacuation, initial fire suppression, medical assistance, hazardous material handling, and equipment repair, enabling the simulated fire to be brought under control efficiently.

Orderly evacuation, efficient rescue operation

Following emergency procedures, all employees promptly adopted proper protective measures, covering their mouths and noses while moving in a low posture, and evacuated through designated emergency routes to safe assembly areas.The evacuation process was carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner, demonstrating the effectiveness of Shengchang’s routine safety training programs and emergency preparedness plans.

During the evacuation process, the emergency rescue team simultaneously conducted a rescue operation, safely transferring a simulated injured employee to the ground-floor safe zone, where the medical response team immediately provided first-aid treatment.

Fire extinguishing practical operation drill, strengthening the safety defense line

After all personnel safely arrived at the designated assembly point on the first floor, department managers and team leaders promptly conducted headcounts to ensure that every employee had been accounted for.

Following the evacuation drill, all employees participated in hands-on fire extinguisher training within the designated practice area of the facility.Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations, employees gained a deeper understanding of proper fire extinguisher operation procedures, further improving their ability to respond effectively to fires during the initial stage.

Through this emergency drill, Shengchang further enhanced employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the continuous advancement of standardized safety management practices.
